Shipping is included in the price for anywhere in Europe. Paintings ship rolled or flat depending on size; t-shirts ship in a padded envelope.
There is no external courier: every order is delivered personally by Vanessa or Fernando, within a maximum of 14 days from the order being confirmed.
Commissions and personalised t-shirts are made specifically for you and can’t be returned.
For original works and t-shirts bought as stock (not commissioned), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the piece, with no need to justify it, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise it, write to lasueca.art@gmail.com within that period. The piece must come back in the condition it was sent, and the cost of returning it is covered by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or different from what was ordered. Once we receive it back, the refund is issued within 14 days.
All prices are in euros and include shipping across Europe. Payment is handled by Stripe; La Sueca never sees your card details.
Original works are one of one. Once a piece is sold it is marked as sold and cannot be ordered again.
T-shirts are made in editions of twenty. When an edition is complete it is not reprinted.
An invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery times are estimates. Commissioned paintings take about a month from the moment we agree on what we’re making.
The only personal data collected is what you type into the contact and commission forms (your name, email, country and message), what you provide to create an account, and what Stripe needs to process an order and issue an invoice.
This data is used to answer you and to fulfil orders. It is not sold or shared with anyone beyond the payment and shipping providers required to complete the order.
Data is kept for as long as needed to answer you, fulfil the order, and meet invoicing obligations under Spanish tax law. It is processed by Vanessa Larsson as data controller, using Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) as data processors, each under their own data processing agreement.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Signing in (Google or email/password), the shopping cart and favourites rely on strictly necessary cookies/local storage needed to make those features work, which under Spanish AEPD guidance don’t require consent. Page-view analytics only record the page and referrer, with no IP address or identifier attached.
